Building a custom home can be a formidable maze of decisions, schedules and selections. Doug Stein, his staff, and vendors will walk you through the process to make it enjoyable. Whether you already own a building lot, or you select one of the lots we have available, we'll handle the permits, utility connections, subcontractors, and suppliers. We'll provide you with a schedule for making selections, and help arrange meetings at showrooms with experienced representatives to assist you with your selections for appliances, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, colors, etc. At Wexford Homes we understand everyone has a budget, and we'll work with you to make the most of yours. Prior to, and during the building process, we'll listen to your ideas and work with you to incorporate them into customizing your home.
Doug will be with you throughout the process. Before construction begins, he'll walk your lot with you to explain the siting of your home on the property and answer your questions. During construction, Doug, and his staff will be available to address concerns or changes, or upgrades you wish for your new home. Once the project is completed, Doug will walk you through your new home to explain the specific features, equipment, care and maintenance procedures and to answer any of your questions.
