Our President

Doug Stein, a second-generation builder with family roots in Washington, DC, has a wealth of experience in developing communities and building custom homes. Doug attended Bethany College and has been building homes in the Washington Metropolitan Area and Coastal Georgia since 1979.  His memberships in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), the Custom Builders Council (CBC), Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and the Golden Isles Home Building Association enable him to stay current and active despite an environment of constantly changing trends in the home building industry.
